In an era defined by rapid environmental changes and the need for post-conflict recovery, the rehabilitation of social, economic, and educational structures is a global priority. This workshop centers on the intersection of Smart Planning, Advanced Technology, and Capacity Building. The aim is to highlight how integrated approaches, utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Robotics, can revolutionize the way we rebuild communities affected by disasters and conflict.

Crucially, the workshop identifies capacity building as a core pillar of successful reconstruction. Beyond presenting technical solutions, the main target is to foster knowledge transfer that empowers local engineers, planners, and stakeholders. The program committee invites authors to submit original, unpublished papers to be peer-reviewed for technical quality and relevance.
